Chris, from Pennsylvania, took to Twitter over the weekend where he posted a snap of the matching shamrocks that he and his date Kennedy had tattooed on them.

Tinder matches Chris and Kennedy decided to get identical tattoos on their first date

Captioning the snap Chris wrote:  “My tinder bio was “Just trying to find a tinder match to get matching tats with” and today I was feeling impulsive and actually went and did it.”

The singleton also shared a snap of his and Kennedy’s exchange, where they both admitted to being “impulsive” when it comes to their tattoos.

In the end it was Kennedy, who already had ten tattoos, who decided on the four leaf clover with Chris having it inked on his ankle while Kennedy had it on her pelvis.

The results quickly went viral with Chris’ tweet receiving over 32,000 likes and dozens of comments from Twitter users urging the pair to get married.

Chris shared their exchange on Twitter, where it quickly went viral

Commenting on the tweet one wrote: “And now all of Twitter is rooting for y’all.”

Agreeing another added: “you and that person are connected forever and that’s amazing.”

“Pls get married” said a third, while another wrote “When’s the wedding.”

It was Kennedy who opted for the shamrock design, which she now has on her pelvis

However, one realist remarked: “This is gonna be a great story or a horrible reminder.”

The pair has not yet confirmed whether they are planning a second date.

It seems that Chris wasn’t lying about his impulsive behaviour when it comes to tattoos, having recently shared a snap of the inking he and a pal got over spring break.

Sharing a picture of the identical wave tattoos they had done on their bum cheeks Chris tweeted:

“Honestly I think the best part about this spring break is at one point while drinking,.

“My friends wanted to get a tattoo and we literally got the very first image from google search.”
